Effectiveness accessed through pain perception during surgery and 3 hours post surgery, graded from 0 to 3, 0 being no pain and 3 being significant pain. Surgeon satisfaction accessed based on patient cooperation, graded from 0 to 3, 0 being least cooperative to 3 being greatest. RESULTS Out of 30 patients studied, 17 patients had no pain, 12 patients had slight irritation, 1 patient had mild pain during surgery. 3 hours after surgery 19 patients had no pain, 10 patients had slight irritation, 1 patient had mild pain.
