Case series of white eyed blowout fracture in a tertiary hospital.

AIM
To report multiple cases of white eyed blowout fracture and their management.
METHOD
20 patients who presented to tertiary care hospital with no apparent signs of ocular injury, with history of trauma, with complaints of vertical diplopia were diagnosed to be cases of white eyed blowout fracture based on CT confirmation. 
RESULTS
All 20 cases were operated as early as possible to correct diplopia, 18 cases(90%)had complete resolution of diplopia, 1(5%) had residual diplopia and 1(5%) had asymptomatic mild enophthalmos.
CONCLUSION
Early diagnosis and surgical management are essential to prevent residual diplopia in white eyed blowout fracture.
