A SNEAKPEEK TO MULTIPLE MODALITIES OF MANAGEMENT OF OSSN

Ocular surface squamous neoplasia(OSSN) is an ambit of ocular surface diseases encompassing dysplasia to invasive carcinoma. Typically present as growth with feeder vessels of conjunctiva, limbus and cornea. Gold standard is histopathological examination. Currently there is no consensus regarding the best way to manage OSSN with no guidelines to date. The rise of immunomodulators like IFN α2b represent an increasing recognition of the medical management of OSSN.This poster is an attempt of overview on various presentations of OSSN and outcomes of management with topical and perilesional IFN α2b and surgical excision which can guide Ophthalmologist in selecting the most appropriate treatment regime to improve disease control and to minimize treatment related complications.
