Title:Diverse Presentation of Ocular Surface Squamous Neoplasia (OSSN):Case Series Analysis

Objective:This case series aims to explore diverse types of OSSN and their associated clinical features,providing valuable insights for accurate diagnosis and management
Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on patients diagnosed with OSSN between June 2022 to May 2023.Clinical records,imaging and histopathological reports were reviewed
Results:Case series comprised 32 patients suspected with OSSN,underwent wide surgical excision.The histopathological reports showed 12 papillomatous,9 gelatinous,3 leukoplakic,3 diffuse and 5 intraepithelial type.Each presentation exhibited unique clinical and histopathological features, with variations in size,location and extent of involvement
Conclusion:Familiarity with different types of OSSN and their characteristic features is crucial for diagnosis and appropriate management,including surgical interventions,topical therapies, and close surveillance
