All images were graded in a masked fashion by other ophthalmologist according ETDRS standards. Results: Of the 62 patients screened for DR, 27 patients were screen positive with IDO, were as of the 27 patients, 20 were diagnosed undilated with the fundus camera. Other 7 patients, who had small pupils(less than 4mm) or significant cataracts had non gradable images. Conclusion: The ability to use technology to improve our screening services has increased with the use of non mydriatic fundus camera. It reduces the burden of the requirement of Retina experts for screening as the results were comparable when the media clarity and pupil size were optimal.
