Cavernous Sinus Syndrome secondary to Middle Cranial Fossa space occupying lesion

Purpose:  Cavernous Sinus Syndrome secondary to middle cranial fossa tumor.
Materials and Methods 60 year female presented with inability to open left eye since 2 months. No h/o of trauma , pain, double vision ,headache , vomiting.,  
complete ptosis of left eye with total ophthalmoplegia, the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 6/60. Loss of  sensation in first division of 5th nerve.Plain CT scan showed 3.7mm x 4.2mm x 4.3mm measuring heterogenous mass lesion in left middle cranial fossa, cavernous sinus abutting orbital apex and erosion of left petrous bone with  calcifications .  19mm x 10mm lesion at CP angle.CT guided FNAC -Meningioma. 
Diagnosis ; Cavernous Sinus Syndrome secondary to Multicentric Meningioma. 
Results ; Multicentric Meningioma presenting as a Cavernous Sinus Syndrome.
Conclusion: Multicentric Meningioma can present as cavernous sinus syndrome.
