  RARE CASE ‘GALAXY’ IN EYE -BLUE DOT CATARACT 

We report a case of a  20 year old girl presenting with diminution of vision in both eyes that is counting fingers 3 meters both the eyes, with BCVA - Right eye 6/18,Left eye 6/12 .on evaluation found the presence of blue dot cataract in both the eyes ,a rare presentation-mimicing  galaxy’ like appearance ,family screening was unremarkable ,examination of both eyes -multiple blue and white colored opacities spread throughout the cortex of lens more prominent and radially oriented in the center .we note the presence of sutural opacity as well, advised to use spectacles after doing refraction.
